Today had a meeting with our client Mr. Zulfadli Mohd Amin...to discuss the scope of the project and the major features that he would like to see.

The team analysed and derived a set of requirements that has to be met.

Team Awesome again convened today for discussing the Requirement &  Analysis..

Our project aims to highlight the tasks that go into the needs and conditions that are required for the success of the product that is being delivered. 

Since this project is using eBay as a backbone for its business, understanding of how eBay’s APIs work and the constraints that are involved need to be analyzed. Functional requirements discuss the system from the user’s point of view using use cases.

 It is important that functional requirements are based on the user’s point of view as that would allow users and developers to establish the expectations early in the development plan.

Next  heading to Requirement Analysis phase..
